Welcome to Dotcom Tours and Travel Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, services, and interactions between Dotcom Tours and Travel Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the client (“you” or “the traveler”). By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
  • A booking confirmation will be issued once payment is received.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal details, including names as they appear on travel documents.

2. Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure bookings.
  • Full payment must be made within the timeframe specified at booking.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
  • Prices are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including fuel surcharges, government taxes, or supplier price adjustments.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Refund eligibility depends on notice period, supplier terms, and non-refundable costs already incurred.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.

4. Changes & Amendments by the Client

  • Requests for changes to confirmed bookings must be made in writing.
  • Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • The Company is not responsible for losses arising from client-requested changes.

5. Changes or Cancellations by the Company

  • We reserve the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, or services when necessary due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Where significant changes occur, clients will be offered suitable alternatives or refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, permits, and health documentation.
  • We are not liable for denied entry, deportation, or travel disruption due to improper documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.

  • Insurance should cover medical expenses, cancellations, delays, loss of baggage, and personal belongings.
  • The Company accepts no responsibility for costs that could have been covered by insurance.

8. Health, Safety & Conduct

  • Clients must comply with local laws, customs, and safety instructions provided by guides and service providers.
  • We reserve the right to remove a client from a tour if their behavior endangers others or disrupts services, without refund.
  • Clients participate in activities at their own risk.

9. Liability & Responsibility

  • Dotcom Tours and Travel Ltd acts as an agent for third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, and activity operators.
  • We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delays, or expenses caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of services booked through us.

10. Force Majeure

  • The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or civil unrest.
  • In such cases, refunds or credits will be subject to supplier policies.

11. Pricing Errors

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
  • If a significant pricing correction occurs, clients will be informed and may choose to proceed or cancel the booking.

12. Photography & Marketing

  • During tours, photographs or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
  • By participating, clients grant permission for such materials to be used unless otherwise requested in writing.

13. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • Any complaints should be reported as soon as possible during the trip to allow prompt resolution.
  • Unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days after completion of travel.

14. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which Dotcom Tours and Travel Ltd is registered.

15. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

  • Dotcom Tours and Travel Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Updated terms will apply to bookings made after the effective date.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Dotcom Tours and Travel Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
